Who Wants to Win a Bike?

Need something really fun to do Tuesday evening? Come out and try some awesome bike from Specialized, Giant and Liv!

  • Tuesday, April 3rd, 5:00-7:30 pm 
  • Hartland Regional Park Parking Lot

Make sure to bring your:

  • valid driver's license
  • credit card
  • helmet
  • parent/gaurdian if you are under 18
  • pedals and shoes if you're into the clipless thing

Giant/Liv Bicycles Canada will be giving away one bike in Canada from their nationwide demo tour. Just come on out and test one of their amazing 2018 mountain bikes for your chance to win that same bike!

Once you're at the event and set up on your demo bike, take a picture of yourself with your demo ride. Post it to Instagram with the #winyourdemo hashtag and then tag and follow @giantbicyclecanada and/or @livcyclingcanada. That’s it.

We are very lucky to have one of the very best CX series in Canada right here on Vancouver Island. Cross on the Rock was started 14 years ago by Wendy Simms and Norm Thibault and a group calling themselves the Council of Cross. The first race had something like 10 participants. The Series exploded in popularity - probably because of it’s grassroots nature, accessibility and the fact it is so fun - and now most weekends from September through November there are hundreds of cyclists of all abilities and ages getting super muddy with big grins on their faces.
